Construction Update #3
Oct 21, 2018
This summer flew by with the underpinning of the church, excavation, shoring, crane building and concrete pouring at St. Charles Market! The excavation of the future underground parking garage and the addition of garage walls has been completed by Crepin Cartage, and the concrete has been poured for the footings of the structure. Adjacent to that, the tower crane was installed thanks to our general contractor, The Lake Partnership Inc. (TLPI) and Coffrages Synergy Formwork. The below grade mechanical drains in the puzzle parking area have been roughed-in, inspected by the city, and backfilled. The below grade waterproofing and wall insulation is ongoing. With all of the above completed, we will soon pour the basement slab for the puzzle parking.
